Fundraisers

We host Krispy Kreme Fundraisers every few months at different skytrain stations around the lower mainland to gather the funds we need to purchase resources for our products. In addition, sponsors and donors are a big help as they boost our funding. To date, we have raised over $50,000!

Our first donut sale of the 2024-2025 school year! Thanks to all the volunteers that volunteered fro, Churchill, Vancouver College,  MacNeil, Point Grey, and more!

Our 3 donut sales in 1 month! Thanks to all the volunteers that volunteered at our Kerrisdale, Vancouver City Centre, and Broadway City Hall Locations! We were able to raise $5000 from all 3 sales!

Thrift Store

Helping Heart's first fundraiser for the environment saving over 200 different pieces of clothing from landfills and able to fundraise over $200! Thanks to our wonderful team who helped make it happen, stay tuned for the next Thrift Store!

K.K. SALE

Vancouver's biggest-ever donut sale with over 20 locations spanning across the lower mainland. We were able to raise over $3000 net and with almost 200 volunteers! Our biggest location and best-selling location Kerrisdale able to sell over $2000 and with almost 20 volunteers from 4 different schools!

K.K. SALE

Our first donut sale of the 2024 season was a great success! With 4 locations Langara, VCC, Kerrisdale, and Broadway City Hall. In total, we were able to raise over $2000! The three clubs David Thompson, Vancouver College, and Churchill all sold completely out in record times!

This was our biggest project to-date with over 100 volunteers from several schools across the mainland. With the 8 stations hosted, we raised over $5000.

On our second donut sale of the summer, we had astounding numbers yet again with over 30 volunteers from 13 schools across the mainland. With the few stations we hosted, we were able to raise over $2000. Shout out to our Broadway City Centre Station who raised the most money!

We are so grateful to all volunteers who came out during the summer to help with our donut sale in July. We had no shortage of help with almost 25 signups. It was great weather, and although business was a little slow, we raised over $2,200 from 150 dozen donuts at 3 train stations! Thanks to all the volunteers who came to help during their summer break!

April 30TH 2023
K.K. SALE

Another successful Donut Sale took place on Sunday, April 30th. Our team was able to raise a grand total (and high score) of over $5000 in funds. Our 45+ volunteers from 9+ schools came out to sell Krispy Kreme donuts at train stations across Vancouver. In total, we were able to sell out our 300 dozen donuts to the public and reached all of our goals for the weekend. Thank you to all the volunteers for their outstanding support.

JANUARY 15TH 2023
K.K. SALE

Halfway through January, Helping Hearts was able to have a huge fundraising event in the streets of Vancouver on Sunday the 15th. 60 eager volunteers from over half a dozen schools went to different sky train stations around the Greater Vancouver Area to set up tables selling 50 dozen donuts each. In total, over 280 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts were sold while the rest were given away to the homeless. Each volunteer contributed to the whopping $4,500 we raised this weekend.

OCTOBER 27TH-28TH 2022
@VANCOUVER COLLEGE

Our first Charity event had amazing turn out with over 20+ volunteers involved throughout the event. Sales surpassed $2800 and profits came out to be over $1200. Thank you to Vancouver College School that allowed this event to happen during lunch times. Additional thanks to everyone who helped sell and give out donuts. Can't wait to plan our second fundraiser!
